Mr. Green began his career as an attorney for the Administrative Enforcement Unit of the City of New York, Department of Buildings from 2003 to 2006. At the Department of Buildings, Mr. Green represented the City before the Environmental Control Board on numerous administrative hearings. Mr. Green also worked on special matters for other units within the Department of Buildings as well the Law Department.
Upon his departure from the Department of Buildings, Mr. Green served as Associate In-House Counsel for the Rizzo Group L.P. where he worked on complex land-use projects including discretionary approvals before the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, City Planning, the Landmark Preservation Commission and the New York State Liquor Authority.
Mr. Green has also worked as litigator with Borah Goldstein Nahins & Goidel P.C. specializing in Loft Law disputes and Landlord/Tenant matters. Immediately prior to joining Cohen Hochman & Allen, Mr. Green was a Litigation Associate with John Osborn P.C. assisting in complex litigation matters stemming from large construction projects throughout the State of New York.
