Mr. Weltchek joined the firm in 2014 as a partner, bringing with him 39 years’ legal experience. He is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. He regulated sponsors of condos and co-ops as a New York State Assistant Attorney General. In private practice, he has written offering plans and handled real estate transactions and litigation. Now he leads the commercial division of Cohen Hochman & Allen in helping you with your disputes concerning condominiums, co-ops, construction projects and real estate in general.
